This policy explains what information Apex Management & Construction collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written plainly and describes only what the site actually does.
The only information we collect is what you type into the quote request form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the type of project, an optional budget range, and your project description. We also record the date and time of the submission and the IP address it came from, which helps us identify automated spam.
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site. We do not use cookies for tracking. The site uses one session cookie, which exists only to protect the contact form against cross-site request forgery, and it is discarded when you close your browser.
Some resources load from third parties: fonts from Google Fonts, and the Bootstrap stylesheet and icon set from the jsDelivr CDN. Requesting those files reveals your IP address to those providers, as it does on most websites. If we embed a video or a map on a page, that provider may also set its own cookies once you interact with it.
We use what you submit to respond to your enquiry and to discuss your project. That is the only purpose. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking us to.
Form submissions are emailed to us and stored on the web server hosting this site. Only Apex Management & Construction staff working on your enquiry have access. We share information with a subcontractor or supplier only where it is needed to quote or carry out your project, and only with your knowledge.
We keep enquiry records for as long as we may reasonably need them for the project or a follow-up conversation. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so, unless we are required to keep it for a contract or for tax and legal records.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details on the contact page and we will respond.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information submitted through this site. No website can promise perfect security, and we will not claim otherwise.
This site is intended for adults arranging construction work. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
