The floor plans shown on this site are design concepts. Their square footage, room counts and layouts are illustrative starting points, not construction documents. Any home we build is designed and engineered for your specific lot, and the final plan will differ.
No content on this website is an offer, a quote, or a binding price. Costs depend on your site, foundation requirements, scope and finish selections. We price a project only in a written, itemized proposal after assessing the actual work. Anything else is a conversation, not a commitment.
Photographs on this site show homes we have built. They illustrate our workmanship and finish quality. They are not a representation that your project will match any particular photograph.
Submitting the contact form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve a place in our schedule, or oblige either of us to proceed. Work begins only under a signed contract.
